If you would like a different design for any of my items please do get in touch with me via the contact form below. We can bring your vision to life together!

I am only able to offer refunds if you find that your item/s are faulty upon collection/delivery.

I provide care instructions for all of my items. If these instructions are followed, your items will have the longest life possible and stay as strong and reliable as they are when new.

I post my items using the Royal Mail 2nd Class service.

Because of the diversity of the sizes and weights of my items, all postage costs are calculated individually.

I aim to post your order within 2-5 days of your order being placed (depending on the complexity of the order). I will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Each order is packaged in secure packaging.

If you would like to have your order gift wrapped, please do let me know at the time of ordering by leaving a message in your cart prior to checkout.
